Q: How long has Vida HR been in business?

A: Vida HR started as Bene-fit Solutions, LLC in 2015 and rebranded to Vida HR in 2021.

Q: What size company do you serve?

A: Vida HR serves small to medium size businesses.  Our typical client has between 10-250 employees.

Q: What is Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO)?

A: Human Resources Outsourcing is the process of outsourcing some or all HR functions and tasks to an outside provider. Areas typically outsourced include payroll and related taxes, employee benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) administration, talent management and development, regulatory compliance with workplace laws, and risk management and employee safety.

Q: What makes Vida HR different from the competition?

A: We provide a dedicated team of experts to work with you. We know every company is different and we are set up to customize our services to meet your specific business needs.

Q: I am a small company, why do I need HR Support?

A: Many small companies do not have a dedicated HR professional due to not having enough work for a FT HR person and/or for budgetary reasons.  However, in the complicated world of Human Resources, even small companies need HR support to keep them up to date and compliant.

Q: Who will work on our account?

A: It depends on which service is selected.  For an HRO client, a dedicated HR Business Partner, Payroll Specialist, Benefits Administrator, and Payroll Tax Specialist will be assigned. You will never call into a call center to get assistance!

Q: What is your client retention rate?

A: We take a lot of pride in our 98% client retention rate.

Q: I see you are located in Colorado; do you support other states?

A: Yes! We support all 50 states and currently have clients with locations in 32 states and the District of Columbia.

Q: What if I already have an HR person or department?

A: Vida HR has the ability to support all or specific HR functions.  We would work in collaboration with your HR Department to decide what tasks would be appropriate for us to take on. We provide legislative, compliance, and employee relations support to your HR Team and we can be utilized on an as needed or project basis.

Q: What is a typical implementation time?

A: There are numerous factors that will determine your implementation timeline, such as company size, add on modules, and requested start date. While our required minimum implementation period is 30 days, our average implementation time is typically 60 days.

Q: What benefits providers do you work with?

A: We work with all benefits providers as this allows our clients to work with their benefits provider of choice and select the best option for their organization and employees.

Q: How robust is your HRIS/Payroll System’s reporting function?

A: Our HRIS System provides hundreds of pre-built reports; it also provides three different report writing tools to meet most ad hoc reporting needs. Of course, we are here to assist.
