2024 EEO-1 Reporting Window

Closes: June 4th, 2024
All employers with more than 100 employees, or federal contractors with more than 50 employees, are required to submit an annual EEO-1 report to the government. This report includes employment data categorized by race/ethnicity, gender, and job category. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) recommends that EEO-1 reports be submitted via the EEO-1 online filing system. While last year’s submission window was delayed to the latter half of the year, the 2024 window has already been determined and is opening soon. Starting April 30th, employers may submit their EEO-1 reports. This window closes June 4th, so employers should make sure to file before that time.
