Michigan New Required Poster - Veterans’ Resources
Effective: April 2, 2025
The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO) has released a new required posting titled “Resources for Michigan Veterans.” Under MI H.B. 5736, which was signed into law on January 16, 2025, all Michigan employers with at least one full-time employee must display this poster starting April 2, 2025.
Posting Requirements:
Must be displayed in a conspicuous location where all employees can access it
Applies to all employers with at least one full-time employee
Poster is available in two color format options
What Employers Should Do Now:
