Arizona Updates Dependent Allowance and Wage Claim Limits
Effective: June 28, 2025 → Dependent Allowance Increase July 22, 2025 → Wage Claim Limitation Increase
Arizona has enacted two important employment-related updates:
Increased Dependent Allowance for Temporary Total Disability (TTD)
Effective June 28, 2025, the monthly dependent allowance for employees receiving compensation for TTD increases from $25 to $100.

Increased Wage Claim Limitation Amount
Effective July 22, 2025, employees can file a wage claim with the Arizona labor department if the unpaid wages do not exceed $12,000 (up from $5,000), provided the claim is filed within one year of the violation.
