Colorado FAMLI Premium Rate Decreasing in 2026
Effective: January 1, 2026
The Colorado FAMLI Division has announced that the premium rate will:
Decrease to 0.88% of wages beginning January 1, 2026 (from 0.90% in 2025).
This change applies to all employers and employees covered under state-administered FAMLI plans. For split contributions, each party typically pays 0.44% unless the employer chooses to cover a higher share.
