Colorado FAMLI Update-Private Plan Invoices Delayed - Payment Still Due December 31, 2026

Effective Date: Immediately

Colorado FAMLI has delayed invoices for the private plan annual maintenance fee due to a technical issue. Employers with approved private insurance plans for the full July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 period are still required to pay the $134 annual maintenance fee by December 31, 2026.

Although invoices are now expected around November 1, the fee is already available for payment through the My FAMLI+ Employer portal.
