Colorado Lowers FAMLI Contribution Rate for 2026
Effective: January 1, 2026
Effective January 1, 2026, the FAMLI premium contribution rate will be reduced to 0.88% of employee wages (shared between employer and employee if the employer has 10+ employees).
This is a decrease from the current 0.9% rate.
Employers will need to adjust payroll systems and employee notices ahead of the 2026 calendar year.
