Florida Minimum Wage Increase
Effective: September 30, 2025
Effective September 30, 2025, the Florida state minimum wage will increase as follows:
Standard Minimum Wage: $14.00 per hour
Minimum Base Wage for Tipped Employees: $10.98 per hour
This change is part of Florida’s annual minimum wage adjustments under the state constitutional amendment approved by voters in 2020.
