Arizona Updates Marketplace Contractor Termination Requirements

Arizona has amended its Qualified Marketplace Contractors law to clarify that contracts may be terminated without cause upon reasonable notice, provided the agreement allows either party to terminate the contract. The law also permits qualified marketplace contractors to terminate their contracts unilaterally upon reasonable notice
